Marsden Court, adjacent to sister property, Sharonlee Villas, comprises 8 new studio self-contained apartments and 4 x 2 bedroom apartments all located in a secure gated community in landscaped gardens. All apartments are ground floor with the 2 bedroom apartments having their own carport, whilst the studios have their own private balcony. The studio apartments have air-conditioning and climate controlled heating, a queen bed and a single bed sofa, sleeping 3 people. A disabled studio unit is also available. The 2 bedroom apartments have electric heating, a queen bed and 3 single beds, some also have a double bed sofa in the lounge area. All units have kitchen facilities. Linen is provided and all units are non-smoking. There is a communal laundry but all units have their own ironing facilities and hairdryer.
